    • "Carrier" means any verified transport company bidding on or accepting loads

    • "Bid" means an offer from a Carrier to transport a Load

    3. Account Registration

    To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
    • Keep your password secure and confidential
    • Be responsible for all activity under your account

    4. Carrier Verification

    Carriers must complete our verification process before bidding on loads. This includes:

    • Valid operator's licence verification
    • Goods in transit insurance verification
    • Company registration checks

    5. Payments and Escrow

    All payments are processed through our secure escrow system:

    • Senders pay into escrow upon accepting a bid
    • Funds are released to Carriers upon delivery confirmation
    • We charge a commission on successful transactions as per our pricing

    6. User Responsibilities

    Senders agree to:

    • Provide accurate load descriptions and requirements
    • Pay promptly upon accepting bids
    • Confirm delivery within a reasonable timeframe

    Carriers agree to:

    • Maintain valid insurance and licences
    • Fulfill accepted loads as agreed
    • Communicate delays or issues promptly

    7. Prohibited Activities

    You may not use the Service to:

    • Transport illegal or prohibited goods
    • Circumvent platform payments
    • Provide false information
    • Harass or abuse other users

    8. Dispute Resolution

    If disputes arise between Senders and Carriers, we provide a dispute resolution process. Our decisions on disputes related to payment release are final.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    HGV.APP acts as a marketplace connecting Senders and Carriers. We are not responsible for the actions of users or the condition of transported goods.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
