Post legitimate loads for transport within the UK
Bid on and accept loads as a verified carrier
Communicate with other users regarding transport jobs
Process payments through our secure escrow system

Prohibited Activities

You must not use HGV.APP to:

Illegal Activities

Transport prohibited, illegal, or stolen goods
Evade customs, taxes, or import/export regulations
Engage in money laundering or fraudulent transactions

Platform Misuse

Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Provide false or misleading information
Circumvent platform payments to avoid fees
Manipulate ratings or reviews

Harmful Behaviour

Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Share inappropriate or offensive content
Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics

Technical Abuse

Attempt to hack or exploit security vulnerabilities
Scrape data or use automated tools without permission
Interfere with the platform's operation

Prohibited Goods

The following may not be transported through HGV.APP:

Illegal drugs and controlled substances
Weapons, explosives, and ammunition
Hazardous materials (unless properly licensed)
Counterfeit goods
Live animals (without appropriate licences)
Human remains

Carrier Obligations

Carriers must:

Maintain valid operator licences and insurance
Comply with driver hours regulations
Use appropriate vehicles for the goods being transported
Handle goods with reasonable care

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

Warning or temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Withholding of payments
Reporting to relevant authorities
